He was predeceased by: his mother Donna Frazzini; and his brothers, Jeffrey and Mark Frazzini. He is survived by: his wife Jacinda; his sons, Shawn, Aidan and Tristan; and his siblings, Cheryl Richter and Brian Frazzini. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
