She is survived by: her spouse Harold Lester Shafer; and her children, David R. Shafer (Shirley) of Whitehall, Gary L. Shafer (Cindy) of Mattawan, MI, Dan H. Shafer (Donna) of Muskegon, Raymond L. Shafer (Jeannine) of Lawton, MI and Michael T. Shafer (Judy) of Muskegon. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; 9 great-great-grandchildren.
