She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Shafer and Josephine Shafer (Schmuck); her husband Dale Rasmussen; her sister Sharon Dean; and her great grandchild Kinsley Wahr.
She is survived by: her brother Edwin Shafer (June); and her children, Rebecca Wahr (John), Joyce Cantlon, John Rasmussen (Lisa) and Jean Carpenter (Brian). She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
