She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Hoover and Bertha Hoover (Coussens); her husband Leon Cook; her grandson David Goodrich; and her siblings, Joan Chatfield and Alan Hoover.

She is survived by: her children, Michelle Goodrich (Jay), John Cook (Linda) and Joseph Cook (Joy); her grandchildren, Chris Goodrich (Natalie), Edward Cook (Stephanie), Sarah Jewkes (Keenan), Adrielle Goodrich, Eric Goodrich, Katy Cook, Faith Cook (Jose Vazquez), Andie Cook (Troy Florez), Mason Cook and Autumn Cook; her great grandchildren, Arthur, Joshua, Kaiden, Jerilynn, Rosalie, Easton, Eamon, Luna, Isaiah, Scarlette, Brynn and Aiden; and her siblings, Patricia Peters (late Bernie), Janet Miller (late Rudy), Richard Hoover (Cindy), David Hoover (Liz) and Carol Mulder (late Jim). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
