She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy John "Jack" and Evelyn Hanson (Cewe); and her brother-in-law Steve Dean. She is survived by: her husband Bob Parsons; her sisters, Mary Ottman (Ken), Beth Dean and Anne Johnson (Al); her niece Emily Stark (Chris); her great-nieces, Amy McDuffee (Jared) and Gina Johnson; her great-nephew Kenneth Ottman (Ali); her goddaughter Kari Norton; her adoptive son Katambula Vincent; and also, Michael and Kristen Crenshaw (Blake).
In lieu of flowers Judy's wishes for an expression of remembrance would be a contribution to Samuel Omogo foundation for the creation of water wells and education in Nigeria or to the Saint Julie's Catholic school in Uganda, operated by the Sisters of Notre Dame in Park Hills, Kentucky.
