Howard Wiersema Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Howard Wiersema (Whitehall, Michigan), born in Muskegon, Michigan, who passed away on December 22, 2019 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Wiersema and Gertrude Wiersema (Groenink); his daughter Pam Repo; and his brothers, Ronald "Bruce", John Theodore, Robert, Alan and John Tennyson Wiersema.

He is survived by: his wife Sandra Veenstra; his daughters, Sharon Veltman (Brian) and Susan Civis; his sons-in-law, Kevin Repo and Kenneth Civis; and his sisters, Gay Geerlings, Doreen VanDyke, Merle Katt (Gordon) and Kay Kruithof (Ben). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
