He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Chester Sr. and Phyllis Miller (Cole). He is survived by: his wife Linda Hekkema; his daughters, Tracy Smith (Curt) of Ravenna, Tami Postema of Whitehall and Kimberly Stanhope (Guy); and his siblings, Maureen Huizing (John), Joe Miller (Pearl) and David Miller (Debbie). He is also survived by Twin Lake; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
