He is survived by: his mother Kay Marie Petolick (Anderson); his wife Deborah Petolick; his children, Betty Kay Ramirez, Donald Roy Petolick (Ashley) and Heather Marie Christiansen (Jeff); his grandchildren, Evan Marcelino Ramirez, Donald Jon Petolick, Charles James Petolick and Charlotte Marie Christiansen; his father Donald John Petolick; and his siblings, Carrie Ann Westall and Greg Harold Petolick (Nancy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
