She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Spotts and Carol Spotts (Hewitt); her brothers, Brad Spotts (Carey) and Randy Spotts; and her husband Stephen Lowing. She was also cherished by her husband of 44 years, her loving children, grandson, brothers, all of Steve's brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews and many other family and friends.
