He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Lukkarila and Elma Lukkarila (Aho). He is survived by: his wife Mary Helen Findley; his children, Jay (Arlene), Jane Thompson (Tom), Paul (Michele) and Dave (Pam); his grandchildren, Nicole, Kristiina, Ashlee, Sarah, Jack, Valorie, Walter II, Samantha, Charles, Kyle, Kelly, Nikolai, Kaylan and Finn; and his great grandchildren, Tyler and Izak.
