She was predeceased by: her parents, Eino Latvala and Agnes Latvala (Kasper); her husband William Geist; her son Michael Geist; and her sister-in-law Edith Latvala.
She is survived by: her brother Donald Latvala (Bucko); her children, Don Geist (Michelle) of Whitehall, Pam Geist of Colorado and Karen Bosio (Bill) of Whitehall; her grandchildren, Kyle Geist (Alecia), Stephanie Geist, Cassandra Bosio (Derrick Christiansen) and Joshua Bosio; and her great grandchildren, Layla Christiansen, Griffin Geist and Harrison Christiansen. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.
