He is survived by: his wife Carol Neubert; his children, Dawn Neubert and Vance Neubert (Shannon); his grandchildren, Ashlee Mansmith (Aaron) and Victoria Neubert; his sister Oleta Stickley; and his half-sister Ramona. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
