She was predeceased by: her parents, Hansel Harris and Syble Harris (Dowdy); her husband J. D. Tackett; and her brother Billy Joe Harris. She is survived by: her children, Tommi Hunt of Three Rivers, Laura McClain (Scott) of Goshen and Jody Tackett of Goshen; her grandsons, Derek Hunt and Cole McClain (Tori); her great grandchild Cooper McClain; her close friend Phil Yoder of Bristol; and her siblings, Chuck Harris (Karen) of Elkhart, Laquita Hazel of Rockwell, Marie Holdeman (Bill) of Middlebury and Shirley Rogers of Salisbury.
Memorial donations may be given to St. Jude's Hospital.
