He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Kinsman and Mary Ellen Kinsman (Bennett); his wife Agnes I. Case; and his grandsons, Michael Hart and Chase Ray.
He is survived by: his children, David Wayne (Jomelyn) of Centreville, Lynda Hart (James Shears) of Centreville, Lee Ann Kinsman of Centreville and Donna Thomas (David) of Centreville; and his grandchildren, Ben Kinsman, Kaleb Kinsman, Emily Kinsman, Delta Uchtman, Jacob Kinsman, Tiara Kinsman, Samantha Hart-Pelo, Jamie Shears, Jackson Shears, Matt Shears and Brenda Vallier. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
