He was predeceased by: his parents, William Balcom and Ruth Balcom (Selig); his wife Vickie Balcom (DeFreese); and his siblings, William Balcom, Larry Balcom, Helen Balcom and Vickie.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Balcom (Jill) of White Pigeon, MI. and Brooke Dombrowski (Tony); his grandchildren, Morgan Balcom, Zack Dombrowski (Kali), Logan Balcom, Haylee Salyer (Branson), Sydney Balcom and Charlee Balcom; his great grandchildren, Anadalyn Dombrowski, Taydein Dombrowski and Alerie Balcom; and his siblings, Renae Robertson (Dan) of Hesperia, MI., Dan Balcom of Muskegon, Michigan. and Rick Balcom of Muskegon, Michigan..
