With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Zofia Jurkiewicz (White Lake, Michigan), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Zofia left this world on September 17, 2024 at the age of 58, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Zofia may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Zofia touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She is survived by: her husband Ted Jurkiewicz; her sons, Dominic and Derek Jurkiewicz; her mother Helena Szala; and her siblings, Maria Zolkewsky, Halina Mikolajczyk, Janusz and Stanislaw Szala. She is also survived by nephews as well as her 9 great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 24th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM. A rosary was held on Tuesday, September 24th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home (1233 Union Lake Rd, White Lake Charter Township, MI 48386). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Church (1955 E Commerce St, Milford, MI 48381). A burial was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 at the St. Hedwig Cemetery (23755 Military Rd, Dearborn Heights, MI 48127).
