It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Walter Norman Herbert Jr. (White Lake, Michigan), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on August 26, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Herbert (Finnila) and Walter Herbert; and his sister Kathie Frissyn. He is survived by: his wife Susan Herbert (Keller); his children, Kelly Gieselman (Tom Gieselman) and Steve Herbert (Jenn); his grandchildren, Michael, Daniel Gieselman and Lauren Herbert; his sons, Colin MacDiarmid (Erin Urada) and Ian MacDiarmid (Ann Hall); and his brother-in-law Craig Keller. He is also survived by many cousins and nieces and nephews.
