He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas O'Connor and Ann O'Connor (White). He is survived by: his wife Sandra O'Connor; his children, Tanya Chapman (Anthony) and Mark O'Connor (Jamie); his grandchildren, Sean Chapman, Nathaniel O'Connor (Elizabeth), Haley Barker and Joshua O'Connor; his siblings, Colleen Coffman and James O'Connor (Sandy); and his family Irish. He is also survived by his family, friends.
