He was predeceased by: his wife Suzanne. He is survived by: his daughter Megan Sly; his sister-in-law Ruth Broemer; and his stepchildren, Terese Nehra and Anthony Nehra.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Safari Club - Novi, Youth Hunter Development Program.
