She was predeceased by: her parents, William Crutchfield and Betty Crutchfield; and her brothers, Dale and Larry Crutchfield. She is survived by: her children, Chad Schultz (Danyail), Chris Quackenbush (Danielle) and Brad Quackenbush (Courtney).
