She is survived by: her siblings, Shirley Baker and Harold C. Smith; and her children, Robert Vincent Schultz, Debra Cynthia Sinatra (Schultz), Nancy Pauline Bartel (Schultz), Victoria Ann Smith (Schultz), Gary Michael Schultz, Tina Nicole Schultz and Jasson Nicholas Schultz.
