She was predeceased by: her parents, Delos Chisholm and Jean Chisholm (Bradford); her husband John Percival; and her brother Joseph Chisholm. She is survived by: her children, Lynn Cummings (Jim) and Mark Percival; her grandsons, James Cummings and Gage Percival; and her siblings, Donald Chisholm (Carol), Shari Lee (Ron), Barb Collier (Larry), John Chisholm and Linda Bowen. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
