She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Liedel and Leona Liedel; her daughter Theresa Hardin (David); and her siblings, Leonard Liedell (Phyllis), Betty Sundman (Ivan) and Rosemarie Eagle (late Lacy).

She is survived by: her children, Leonard Wendt, Fred Wendt, Leona Spooner (Chris), Lisa Hostrawser (Adam) and Michael Wendt (Sherry); and her grandchildren, Todd Wendt, Elizabeth Wendt, Stephanie Smeltekep (Shawn), Chad Wendt (Haleigh), Justin Wendt, Crystal Shivers, Charlie Wendt, Nico Hall, Kyle Wendt (Megan) and Devin O'Shaughnessy (Carissa).
