He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Joseph Toth, Jr., Joann Ellstein (Matt) and Julie McConnell; his grandchildren, Sarah, Alyssa, Tyler and Ryan; his great grandchildren, Tristan, Aurora and Athena; his sister Rosemary Kleber (late Tom); and his close friend Melinda Baccus.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Riverside Chapel, Simpson-Modetz Funeral Home (5630 Pontiac Lake Rd, Waterford Twp, MI 48327). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
