He is survived by: his children, Deborah Evans (Curt), James Brian Lush (Amy), Janet Frederiksen (Mark) and Donna Rusher (Michael); his grandchildren, Mathew (Tracy), Kristin (Shawn), Cathi (Cory), Michelle, Julie (John), Theresa (Adam), Danny (Danielle), Shad (Haley), Adam (Nicole), Alan, Emily and Dalton; his eighteen great-grandkids, Courtney, Spencer, Alyssa, Aiden, Tyler, Jessenia, Daniel, Alaiyah, Charlie, Everett, Caleb, Bella, Jameson, Addyson, Rowan, Chloe, Preston, Taylor and Mikayla; and his great great grandchild Grace.
