He was predeceased by: his parents, Verl Quillen and Katherine Quillen (Gough); and his sisters, Dixie Bognar and Pamela Dillon. He is survived by: his brother Rick Quillen of Goodrich, Michigan.; his wife Phyllis Quillen (Stephan); his children, Meredith Flynn (Jim) of Beverly Hills and Jason Quillen (Jodi) of Waterford; and his grandchildren, Morgan and Lauren Flynn. He is also survived by his family and friends.
