He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Kitzman; his parents, Gottlieb Kitzman and Viola Kitzman; his brothers, Jimmy Kitzman and George Kitzman; and his nephew Jimmy Kitzman.

He is survived by: his children, Harold Lee Kitzman (Mary), Kathryn Jean Miller (Bill), Steven Craig Kitzman (Nadeen) and Wendy Jo Anne Kitzman (Mark).
