He is survived by: his wife Carole Lapham (Rehbine); his children, Wendy Miller (Gary), Teri Coleman (Allen), Bonnie Page-Lapham (Nick) and Jeff Lapham; his friend Diane Dell; and his grandchildren, Ashley, Garret and Keri.
