With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bernadine Antoinett Tursell of White Lake, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 29, 2024 at the age of 94. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Oskowicz and Karoline Oskowicz; her husband Daniel Tursell; her daughter Deborah Taylor; her siblings, Tony, Frank, Mary and Rose; her stepsiblings, Judy and Eddy; and her brother-in-law John Zilio.
She is survived by: her sons, Daniel Tursell (Michelle) and John Tursell (Donna); her son-in-law Gary Taylor; her grandchildren, John Tursell (Shauna), Dan Tursell (Kayla), Sarah Kaper (Brian) and Rebecca Walker (Danny); and her sister-in-law Sylvia Zilio. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home (1233 Union Lake Rd, White Lake Charter Township, MI 48386). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in Bernadine's honor.
