She is survived by: her children, Brandon Cook (Shaina Nester) of Newaygo, Juliann Puffer (Curtis) of Fremont and Joseph Cook (Kristi) of White Cloud; her grandchildren, Allison Cook, Leland Birchfield, Camren Cook, Justin Cook, Aubrey Cook, Dylan Page, Bryliann Page, Rylee Puffer, Logan Puffer, Mason Puffer, Austin Cook, Elijah Cook, Elliott Cook and Brooklyn Cook; her mother Georgia "Jodey" Burns (Mathews) of White Cloud; and her siblings, Lorayne Bone (Vaughn) of Evart, Greg Cook of White Cloud and Joe Burns (Karrie) of Stanton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
