She is survived by: her mother Joan Cuddeback (Eckhart); her son Thomas Fiala (Juanity Ruiz) of White Cloud; her grandchildren, Kathryn, Christian and Isabella; her siblings, Howard Cuddeback, Raymond Cuddeback, Ronald Cuddeback, Bobby Cuddeback, Bill Roberts and Rhonda Leonard (Leroy); and her close friends, Elizabeth Hughs and Pam Dixon.
