He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Robert Lee Mullins (Terrie) of Wyoming, Randy Allen Mullins of Detroit, Tim Ward Wellman of Alma and Barbara Jean Heyd (Jim) of Baldwin; and his siblings, Clifford Mullins of Virginia, Jerry Mullins of Virginia and Eula Vanover of Virginia. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
