She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edward Swartz, Jr. and Mildred Irene Page (Cecil, Sr.); her husband William Junior Wallis; her son Cecil Ellis Wallis; and her siblings, Connie McGranahan, Norma Jean Jordan, Roger Dulin, Perry Dulin, Howard Dulin and Marvin Dulin.
She is survived by: her children, Francis Ann, Candace Wallis-Baumgartner, Belinda Wallis, Evelyn Faye, Frances Ann and Timothy Wallis; her grandchildren, Marcus Wallis, Shea Baumgartner, Cecil William Wallis, Katti Wallis, Kevin Novess, Karissa Kline (Josh), Kyle Novess, Ben Novess, Kenneth Novess, Brandon Novess, Brittany Novess, Brooke Novess and Bradley Novess; her great grandchildren, Cecil Ryan, Ava, Cadyn, Melanie, Carter, Hailey, Owen, Bastion, Serenity, Lexi and Vivian; her brothers, Steven Swartz (Donella), Thomas Swartz, Harold Dulin (Fran) and Cecil Dulin; and her aunt Emma Curtis.
