He is survived by: his wife Margaret Hook (Black); his children, Ashlee Hook (Justin McLaughlin), Brandy Green, Christine Gazda (Eric), Jon Rohrbaugh, Lisa Wells (Joe) and Michele Follmar (Marty); and his grandchildren, Tyler, Logan, Caden, Garett, Alison, Grayson, Dylan, Aric, Jared, Daniel, Samantha, Katlyn and Stephanie. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
