He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter McCumber and Marian McCumber (Pummel); his wife Maxine Moon; his son Michael McCumber; his granddaughters, Cristie and Brittany McCumber; his siblings, Donald McCumber and Alice Rauch; and his siblings-in-law, Ora McCumber and Ron Klammer.
He is survived by: his children, Stan McCumber (Penny) of White Cloud, Cindy Talcott (Terry) of Croton and Brad McCumber of White Cloud; and his siblings, Alva McCumber of White Cloud, Christina Kuhns of White Cloud, Ada Kuhns (Lenus) of White Cloud and Judy Klammer of White Cloud. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren & 14 great grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a celebration of Foster's life will take place in the summer of 2021.
