It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elyse Ann Herwig of White Cloud, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on November 26, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Duprey and Margaret Mae Duprey (Murray); her husband Ralph Herwig Sr.; and her siblings, Ellen Grishaber (Bill) and Eugene Duprey.
She is survived by: her daughter Michele Smith (Scott Johnson) of Big Rapids; her grandson Kevin; her sons, Wyatt, Eli and Alexander; her grandson Jacob (Katherine); her children, Landon, Grant, Aurora and Phoenix; her granddaughter Danielle (Josh); her children, Isabella and Ember; her grandchildren, Nathan, Ronnie and Amy; her son Bennett; her granddaughter Lisa; her sons, Oliver and Ralph Herwig Jr. (Erica) of Newaygo; her grandchildren, Daphne and Oliver; her children, Andrea Herwig (Billy), Jose, Christian and Darren; and her brother Edward Duprey (Nancy). She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
