She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Zmrzlik and Margaret Zmrzlik; her siblings, Carl Zmrzlik, David Zmrzlik, Dorothy Halverson, Kathryn Fowler, Barbara Chupp and Beverly Tarrow; and her grandson Mark Carrier.
She is survived by: her children, Sid Carrier (Ada), Bob Carrier (Shelly), Troy Carrier (Rhonda) and Russell Carrier (Toni); her grandchildren, Andrea TerKeurst (Joel), Holly Shula (Jon), Christopher Johnson, Nicholas Carrier, Breeanna Holliday (Joseph) and Gabriel Carrier; and her sister Ruth Ann Watkins. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to a dementia care organization or a local charity of your choice.
