He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred McAllister and Pearl McAllister (Carpenter); his brother Tommy Honeycutt; and his stepdaughter Amie Pernak. He is survived by: his wife Rita Masingil; his son Carl Wayne McAllister of Richmond, KY; his stepdaughter Sonya Daymon (Levi Ives) of St. Louis; his grandchildren, Paige McAllister of Richmond, KY and Brent Cole Russell of St. Louis; his siblings, Mary Prestage (James) of Vestaburg and Ralph Honeycutt of Riverdale; and his sisters-in-law, Margaret Seagle (Jeff) of Monetta, SC and Thelma Russell (Jim) of Wheeler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
