With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lois Grace (Kirkey) Painter of Wheeler, Michigan, born in Ithaca, Michigan, who passed away on August 20, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Ray and Dorothy Aileen Kirkey (McConkey); her husband Clifford Leroy Painter; her son Scott Clifford Painter; and her siblings, Diane Galehouse (Jay) and Ronald Kirkey.
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Painter (Brandi) of Elwell, MI; her grandchildren, Amanda Ray Perry (James), Tara Ann Bailey, Anthony Wayne Hirt, Meshia Renee Wischmeyer, Zakkery Alexander Painter, Zane Arion Painter and Zoey Angelene Painter; her great grandchildren, Dylan, Shawn, Lukas, Adilyn, McKenna, Raena, Hunter, Elliot and Quentin; and her brothers, Jerry Kirkey (Diane), Robert Kirkey (Betty) and Danny Kirkey (Diane). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
