We are sad to announce that on September 11, 2022, at the age of 101, Emma Jean Wertz of Wheeler, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Hall and Emma Jean Hall (Smith); her son Timothy Wertz (Colleen); and her husband Dewey D. Wertz. She is survived by: her children, Merlyn "Skip" Wertz (Ellen), William "Bill" Wertz (Kathy) and Marilyn Ritchie (Chuck); and her granddaughters, Shawn, Kimberly, Kristine, Lorrie Jo, Kandi, Heather, Karen, Jessica and Alexandria.

Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Howe Memorial Library.
