He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lyle Sherwood and Alice Sherwood (Greening); his siblings, Calvin, Larry and Carol; his wife Janet Ann Crumbaugh; his grandchildren, Elizabeth (Art Stone), Jennifer Stimson (Levi Morrow), Kate (Chad Harkness), Matt Myers (Jessica Laethem), Jacob Sherwood, John Sherwood, Jessica (Brock Moulton), Lane Sherwood, Lauren Sherwood and Charlie Ann Sherwood (Bradlie Marie Sherwood); his great grandchildren, Stone, Blake Morrow, Jackson and Roman Harkness; his siblings, Yvonne Brow and Arland; and his sister-in-law Linda Crumbaugh.
Memorials may be made to Gratiot County Fair for Youth or to Heartland Hospice.
