He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Jegla and Artis Jegla (Pinkney); his brothers, Larry and Kevin Jegla; and his sister-in-law Gail Jegla.

He is survived by: his wife Sharon Jegla (Goodman); his siblings, Dan Jegla (Sharon), Annette Jegla, Dennis Jegla (Shelly), Mary Jo Plunkett (Mike) and Richard Jegla; and his pets, Ace and Rocky. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
