He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Richard and Rosie Van Ells. He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Ells and Chasidy Van Ells (Cherpes); his significant other Baylee Van Ells (Smith); his daughter Tatum Van Ells; his siblings, Keisha, Dawson, Cierra, Steven and Jayce; his grandparents, Randy and Peggy Cherpes; his in-laws, Jerome and Kimberlee Smith; his brothers, Justin (Taylor), Jerrad (Olivia), Tyler (Anna) and Cassidee; and his cousins, Conner Whitford, Payton Cherpes, Nicholas Risher and Roderick Cross Jr.. He is also survived by many Aunt, Uncles, Cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family (a fund for Tatum will be established) in memory of Dane.
