Vera Hix Obituary

We bid farewell to Vera Hix (Westland, Michigan), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 29, 2024 at the age of 77. Vera touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Vera may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Vera touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home (4670 S Inkster Rd, Dearborn Heights, MI 48125). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Christian Faith Ministries (27500 Marquette St, Garden City, MI 48135).
