She was predeceased by: her grandmother Jean Butzke; her parents, Clyde Hammons and Hazel Hammons; and her husband Ralph. She is survived by: her children, Brenda Ford and Gary Butzke (Bonnie); her grandchildren, Jeremy (Jeanna), Crystal (Michael), Cara, August and Nicholas; her great grandchildren, James, Mike, Aiden and Audrey; and her nephew Michael (Patti).
Oma's family has requested that donations be made to Hosanna - Tabor Lutheran Church in her memory.
