He is survived by: his wife Anna Macari; his sons, Vincent Macari (Anne), Anthony Macari (Cheryl) and Mario Macari (Elisa); his grandchildren, Michael (Danielle), Anthony (Katie), Mario, Jessica, Katlin, Alexa (Tyler) and Nicholas; his great grandchildren, Jackson, Giavana, Anthony and Liliana; and his sibling Cesidio Macari.
