It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Robert Scalici of Westland, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on February 18, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Scalici and Nancy Larson; and his brother Thomas Scalici. He is survived by: his siblings, Stephanie "Stevie" Clark, Laura Booth (Vincent), Chuck Larson (Joyce), Johnny Scalici and Tony Scalici (Jennifer); his close friend Rochelle Ferguson; his sons, Robert Villaneuva (Tawnna) and Ryan Villanueva; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Beto and Brandon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home (1139 Inkster Rd, Garden City, MI 48135). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
