We are sad to announce that on April 27, 2025, at the age of 85, Fernlie Joseph Kelly of Westland, Michigan passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Fernlie Joseph Kelly to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Kelly and Eileen Kelly; his wife Catherine Kelly; and his siblings, Dan Kelly, Frank Kelly and Margaret Payne.
He is survived by: his children, Maureen Neary (Sean), Kathleen Suchora and Michael Kelly; and his grandchildren, Shane, Brendan, Griffin Neary, Danny and Patrick Suchora.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the L. J. Griffin Funeral Home (7707 Middlebelt Rd, Westland, MI 48185). A rosary will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. The lying in state will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
