He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rupert Altizer and Dorothy Altizer; his wife Mary; his children, Teresa Kaitschuck (David) and Kenneth Altizer (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Brandon, Kaylie, Benjamin and Zachary; and his siblings, Gail Kraft and Bobby Altizer.
In honor of Danny's memory, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Harris-Kehrer VFW Post 3323, 1055 S Wayne Rd, Westland, MI 48186, a place that brought him much joy and connection.
