It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Monroe Newton of Westland, Michigan, who passed away on January 5, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Dolores Newton; his children, Daniel Newton and Cathy Brown; his grandchildren, Matthew Newton, Tyler Brown, Ashley Newton and Devin Valentic (Thomas); and his great grandchildren, Blair, Aubrey and Thomas.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Vermeulen-Sajewski Funeral Home (980 N Newburgh Rd, Westland, MI 48185). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
